RULES FOR CONTEST Four Business men of the city will be appointed to count all votes and give out the prizes. No one connected in any way with tfrs paper can participate in any way for any of the prizes. The county will be laid out in four districts, if you are entered in District No. 3, you can secure votes in any other part of the county but you can not participate for District prizes in other districts. You can win the ‘“Early Bird" prize and the Capital prize, or the “Early Bird" prize and one of the district prizes, but you can not win both the Capital and a district prize. All subscriptions count for “Double votes” that is if you secure a new subscriber to The Tribune for one year it counts 1500 votes for yourself and 1500 for the Lodge, School or Church that you are going to help win the Grand prize. All stubs in your receipt books must be filled out complete and the money and the center stub sent to the Tribune each week as you col lect it.
