Came Into View
Very often during the mouths of
daylight we stood on the cliff straining
our eyes to see the louged for relief
ship As the summer of 1905 slipped
on we almost despaired but one day
in July when hope had almost aban

Eskimo Dogs Sem to Have Laws of

In his voyage ot polar exploration
Commander Fiala observed among his
dogs a sort ot government quite inde
pendent of that ot their keepers iney
were of the Eskimo variety and were
