sioners as the proper persons tn enter Town
Sites, is not recognized by the Commissioner
of the Land Ortire.
It is a question of doubt whether the Judges
ot Probata, or tha United States Judges, ran
he regarded as "Judges of tha County Court."
Aa aoon as that doubt is removed, notice wl.l

towns not Incorporated can ba made.
