Huskers Off for Kansas City Meet Lincoln, Feb. 5.—Righteen Husker trackmen will leave Friday ‘night for Kansas City to compete in the Kan •as City Athletic chib indoor meet. The party will he accompanied by "Mud” Gardner, Coach Schulte, Her bert Gish and "Doc” McLean, who looks after the sprinters’ physical be ing, will go to Kansas City in the afternoon. The men who will make the trip and the events are as fol lows: 50-vard dash: Locke, Hein. Weir; 50-yard hurdles: Weir, Dailey; 1 mile relays: Rhodes, frit os, Lewis, Hein or Dailey; 440-yard dash: (’rites and possibly Rhodes; 600-yard Shan non-Douglns race; Lewis: 2-mile re lays: Reckord, Cohen, Hayes. Houder sheldt; 1-mile run: S. Zimmerman and Lawson: 880 yard run: Ted Johnson (may also enter relays! and Cohen; Shotput: Kriemelmeyer; pole vault: Wirsig, Gleason, Rhodes.
