Streets from 32d Street to 33d Street

as may be petitioned for; by paving
said alley and to use therefor auen
kind or kinds of material as may be
requested by petition of the owners of

of the total amount so levied on each of
aald lota shall become delinquent in fifty
days from the passage axid approval of
this ordinance; one lentir 1n one year;

years; one tenth in four years; one-tenth
in five years: one-tenth In aix years; one
tenth in seven years; one-tenth in eight
years: one-tenth in nine years after said
levy, and being from the passage and ap
proval of this ordinance. Each of said
installments, except the first, shall draw
lntereat at the rate of six per cent per
annum from the time of the levy afore
said, until the same shall beqgm- de

Section 3 That the entire amount of
