of the total amount so levied on each of
aald lota shall become delinquent in fifty
days from the passage axid approval of

years; one tenth in four years; one-tenth

tenth in seven years; one-tenth in eight
years: one-tenth in nine years after said
levy, and being from the passage and ap
proval of this ordinance. Each of said
installments, except the first, shall draw
lntereat at the rate of six per cent per
annum from the time of the levy afore
