Johnston recently won the world's championship on hard courts at St. Cloud, France. He made the trip to Europe Independently, not being sent by any organized tennis association. This was hia second try for the world's title at Wimbledon. In 1020 he was defeated by J. Cecil Parke. American flyiweght champion, won the newspaper decision on points in the 10-round main bout of the Milk and Ice Fund boxing show Saturday, defeating Tony Norman of Pittsburgh. Genaro weighed 11112 pounds and Norman 114 pounds. It *rj a fast light, with Genaro showing good form, but Norman, a novice, put up a surprising battle. Genaro was credited with taking six rounds and Norman four. Norman's ability to reach Genaro’s Jaw with hard leftH brought him applause from the big crowd.
