has charge of giving out the special
privilege parking cards to visiting
motorists, has called attention to the
fact that the yellow color of the cards
should be replaced by the Ak-Sar-Ben

Officer Hudson says, and the use of
the tricolor would have the added ad

His superior. Officer Riegelman,

tion to Police Captain Coffey. The
suggestion will be carried out when

What Is Paralysis?
Paralysis to the victim means loss of all power to use the organ
or the part of the body paralyzed. The mind may will that the arm or
the leg shall move, but the muscles and tissues cannot respond. There
is an interference.
Pcralysis to the Chiropractor is the imprisoning of a mental
impulse from the brain by a subluxated, or displaced, vertebra pressing
on the nerve. The Chiropractor overcomes this by adjusting the dis
placed spinal joint back to normal position, thereby restoring free and
normal communication between the brain and the cells, tissues and
organs outside the brain.
If you are sick or ailing, call at my office and hear what I have
to say about your case without any obligation on your part.
