peasants socialists and revolutionists
of different bhados of opinion are dis
cussing the best plan of action to
throw tho whole machinery of tho
government out of gear.
Agrarian disorders have broken out
in tho vicinity of St. Petersburg. The
estate of General Baron Fredericks,
aide-de-camp to the emperor, forty
miles from the capital, has been plun
dered by peasants. General Freder
icks asked tor troops from Gatchlna,
