road company that they will be required
to pay taxes on right of way and depot
grounds in Red Cloud, said taxes to be
refunded.
On motion that owners of lots 12 and
22. in block 31. be notified to appear
beforo the board Wednesday, May 5, at
2 p.m. to show cause why buildings on
said lots should not be assessed to them,
carried.
The supervisor of Oak Creek in
structed to confer with Adams count'
lor the purpose of building a bridge be
tween sections 3G and 2. town 4. range
1), said supervisor authorized to build
one half of said bridge.
Moved and carried that $15 or so
much as may be necessary be appro
priated to complete bridge in Walnut
township.

judge's stand, jury box and prisoner's
dock constructed in court house. Mo

It appearing to the satisfaction of the
board that W. N. Richardson paid taxes ,
amouuting to $1511.87 ou illegal assess-,
ment. it was on motion ordered by the .
board that said amount of taxes be re-,
funded to said W. N. Richardson. i

issue an order to the couuty treasurer

treasurer be instructed to notify all
delinquent tax payers on the list re
ported bv the committee as collectable
to pay ail delinquent taxes prior to the
vear 1885, on or before the first day of
