Mr. Thomas thinks from wha,t experience he lias had with this new kind of wheat (which. from the method of obtaining it he calls Canary Wheat) that it will yield a.bcut -30 busht-1 to the acre with a fair opportunity. It makes good Hour, of a yellowish cast, riii:fs we'l and makes as good biscuit as c-ur b ivt spring wheat flour. In order that the eed may bo preserved, and otli crs nu.y have a chanc-i to try this wheat, Mr. Tho:nas propoeaa to dispose of a small quantity at .5r5.dO per bushel. He also has a sm ill quantity of the fa mous ' Surpiise Oats," from which he raised 2 12 bushels from 2 quarts the firjt ssacon; and this ye:r -id 1 2 bushels from the 2 1-2, notwitnstanding they were seriously damaged by grasshoppers both seasons, after they were headed out. The Oats will be disposed of, in small quantities, at $3.09 per bushel.
