the estate of Samuel llahn and Aneline H ihn, de
ceased, did on the 6th day of December, A. D. 1 S65,
file a petition in the ofllce of the Probate Court of
said county, praying- for a license to sell the follow
ing real estate, to pay the debts apainst said estate,
to wit: Tho north-west quarter of ,ection number
