When you want to serve a de
lightful dessert, yet you know
you will be pressed for time pre
paring the rest of the menu, try
this Chocolate Icebox Delight,
which you can prepare the night
before, put into the refrigerator
and then forget until you are
ready to serve it.
An attractive and delicious
treat, you’ll find that it’s not dif
ficult to make. Here are the three
simple steps: Prepare and chill
the chocolate mixture—line a
bowl with lady fingers—fold
whipped cream into the mixture
and pour into the bowl! Chilling
completes the preparation by
making it just firm enough to cut
smoothly the next day.
Chocolate Icebox Delight is rich
and chocolatey, studded with
chopped nuts and delicately com
bined with lady fingers. It’s a
hit that folks will always remem
ber they had a your home and
