To keep cheese moist, spread
the cut side with a very thin
coating of butter or margarine.
Don’t ever put meat into the
refrigerator uncovered. It will dry
out and become tasteless, of no
use to you. Keep it in covered
dish and use it in hash or stew or
a casserole dish for another meal.
Don’t throw away your stale
bread. Put It somewhere where it
can dry out thoroughly and then
use a rolling pin to reduce it to
crumbs for coating fried foods
and for stuffing meats.
