Will Mizner, of Washington twp was
bitten by a dog last Friday, so reports
Vf. F. Shull,of that neighborhood. It
seems that while he was helping his
neighbor, Sh**rinan Houdershodt load
some hogs, and while they had a hold
of the poikor, which was squealing
bloody murder, the dog, a big hound
sprang to its relief. It seized William
in the side and shook him furiously.
Nor would it looseu its iron like crip
until William let go of the swh.e. It
was W'illiaiu's own dog. and we are told
it will take hold of anybody or any
thing that interfere in any way with the
children or any thing about the prem
ises. Mr. Mizner was pretty badly
hurt but is now fully recovered.
