As the boys were pretty well snowed under with work, this help came Just in time. I'rcle John W. Edmunds, who has been sick at the home of his daugh ter, Mrs. Wm. Sporrer, for some weeks past, is reported at this time to be improving and is much better than he has been for some time and the hope exists that he will be able to be out in a short time. Horchor. living north east of Murray, last Thursday after- son. Everything possible for thej ( care or boy, both in nursing and m'ucai treatment, was aone. but the little one grew weak on account of the ravages of the disease and final rv succumbed to the dread malady. The little one was getting to that age when children are most interest ing and his death is a very sad blow to the parents and others of the fam ily. Srill Eemains Very Poorly Mrs. B. F. Brendel, who has been quite ill at her home in Murray fcr some time i3 still quite ill and is ikept to her bed and has a nurse in j attendance. Two of her sis ters and a brother from Lebanon, Indiana, are visiting here at this time, they being Mesdames Delia John and Etta Shelby and Jacob Parr. Henry C. Long- Better Henry C. Long was down town last Tuesday after having been kept at the house for a number of week3 and was also out to the farm for a drive and says he is feeling much "better. c Bark Taking On 2?evr Beauty As the work on the Murray State bank proceeds under the deft man ipulation cf Mr. Mark Burton, the artist, the bank is becoming more beautiful every day.
