County Offices have been remitt
ed to the County Treasurer, as
required by law.

COUNTY LEASE AGREEMENT
I, Kenneth Waring, County
Clerk of Holt County, hereby cer
tify that on the 31st day of
March 1961, the following Resolu
tion was adopted by the County
Board of Holt County in regular
meeting assembled.
Resolved that District No. 7,
Holt County enter in a County
Lease Agreement with Construc
tion Service Equipment Company,
a Nebraska Corporation, Omaha
Nebraska for a period commenc
ing on the 24th day of March 1961,
and ending on the 30th day of
June 1961, upon the terms and
conditions contained in a propos
ed draft submitted and consider
ed by the members at said Meet
ing, and I farther certify that
the within County Lease Agree
ment was executed by the Coun
ty Board at the County Court
House of Holt County, on the fol
lowing equipment:
