Min utes of previous meeting were read and approved as read. The Finance Committee report ed that the fees of the various County Offices have been remitt ed to the County Treasurer, as required by law. COUNTY LEASE AGREEMENT I, Kenneth Waring, County Clerk of Holt County, hereby cer tify that on the 31st day of March 1961, the following Resolu tion was adopted by the County Board of Holt County in regular meeting assembled. Resolved that District No. 7, Holt County enter in a County Lease Agreement with Construc tion Service Equipment Company, a Nebraska Corporation, Omaha Nebraska for a period commenc ing on the 24th day of March 1961, and ending on the 30th day of June 1961, upon the terms and conditions contained in a propos ed draft submitted and consider ed by the members at said Meet ing, and I farther certify that the within County Lease Agree ment was executed by the Coun ty Board at the County Court House of Holt County, on the fol lowing equipment: One new Adams Model 550 Motor Grader, serial number 55C-10540, powered by a Cum mins Model C-160-B1 Diesel En gine, serial number 275278, equipped with a 12’ x 3/4” Po wer Shift Moldboard, 2’ Left Hand Moldboard extension, 14.00 x 24 12-ply General tires, Pow er Steering, Donaclone dry type Air Cleaner, ether starting aid, cab and safety glass en closure, defroster fan, hot wat er type heater, lighting equip ment, windshield wiper, tool box, standard set of tools, and that the same was signed by a majority of the members of said County Board.
