VALLEY OF THE REDWOODS
Cartoon ■
Ord. Nebraska
Sept. 27, 1960
Dear Editor:
The Democratic campaign plan
proposes more wild spending, the
same sort that Nebraska's Demo
cratic Congressmen McGinley and
Brock have been only too will
ing to support.
The Democrats have gotten
away with ever-increasing spend
ing by trying to make the public
think that the "rich'' are going
to pay the increasing taxes. How
ever this is not true. The wealthy
are already hit for up to 90% of
their income there is not much
more obtainable from them.
Rather, it will be those in the
low and middle income brackets
who will be hit for the taxes if
the Democrats are elected.
