person, praying for a license to

Lech, an incompetent, in and

All of Section Twenty-nine,
except the South Half of the
Southwest Quarter, and the
Southeast Quarter of Sec
tion Twenty, all in Township
Twenty-nine, North, Range
Thirteen, West of the 6th P.
M., in Holt County, Nebras

said incompetent and her family
and paying the debts of said in
competent, with charges of man
aging her estate.
Upon consideration thereof,
and it appearing from said peti
tion that it is necessary and
would be beneficial to said in
competent that her interest in
said real estate should be sold for
the purposes above enumerated,
IT IS ORDERED that the next of
kin of said incompetent person,
and all persons interested in her
said estate, appear before the
District Court of Holt County,
Nebraska, in the Court Room in
the Court House in the City of
O’Neill, Holt County, Nebraska,
on the 7th day of May, A. D.,
1951, at ten o’clock A. M. of said
day, then and there to show
cause why a license should not
be granted for the sale of said
interest in real estate, in accord
with the prayer of said petition.

DERED that a copy hereof be
published three successive weeks
before said day of hearing in The
Frontier, a weekly newspaper,
printed, published, and of general

brate his 86th birthday anniver
sary on Sunday, April 22.
