M., in Holt County, Nebras ka, -1 for the purpose of maintaining said incompetent and her family and paying the debts of said in competent, with charges of man aging her estate. Upon consideration thereof, and it appearing from said peti tion that it is necessary and would be beneficial to said in competent that her interest in said real estate should be sold for the purposes above enumerated, IT IS ORDERED that the next of kin of said incompetent person, and all persons interested in her said estate, appear before the District Court of Holt County, Nebraska, in the Court Room in the Court House in the City of O’Neill, Holt County, Nebraska, on the 7th day of May, A.
