Budget Making Authority, was
transmitted to the County Board
on the 14th day of July, 1949,
and
WHEREAS, a summary of
such proposed budget, together
with a notice of public hearing
to be held on the 27th day of Ju
ly, 1949, was published in the
Holt County Independent, a le
gal newspaper, on the 21st day
of July, 1949, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing
was held, pursuant to said pub
lished notice, on the 27th day of
July, 1949, and
WHEREAS, the action of the
State Board of Equalization has
been had and certified to the
County Clerk,

Miss Alice Shrader, of Ew
ing, is spending a few days
with her sister and husband,

tleaufer. She arrived Sunday.
Ted Donahoe, of Omaha, stop
ped briefly in O’Neill Friday en
route from Bonesteel, S. D-, to
Omaha. He is a son of Mr. and
Mrs. Edward S. Donahoe, of
Omaha.
