Now on this 26th day of December, 1918, this cause came on to be heard upon the application of Fred H. Swing ley as administrator of the estate of Fritz Trumpeter, deceased, for a hear ing upon his final account herein and for the closing up of said estate and the discharge of him as such ad ministrator and that Helen Gerlitz as heir of Fritz Trumpeter, deceased, had paid the sum of $6031,98, to pay all of the debts of said estate and thereby close up said administration. Whenever the disease of in fluenza or other communicable disease exists and the same has not been re ported as above provided, or there is reason to believe it has not been re ported, it shall be the duty of any and every nerson having knowledge of the same to promptly report to the County Board of Health. QUARANTINE BY PHYSICIAN. It shall be the duty of physician in all cases of influenza or other com municable diseases immediately upon discovery cf the disease' to place the premises, and all persons occupying the same who have not had the dis ease and fully recovered therefrom, under strict quarantine. He shall before leaving the premises sign and deliver to the head of the family, and, in the event of his absence, to some member of the family, notice of quar antine, and shall also before leaving the premises place or cause to be placed upon the most conspicuous place on the premises a card, not less than 11 inches. square, having there on in large letters the word “Quar antine,” under this the name of the disease and under this “No one shall be permitted to enter or leave these premises.” Dated at O’Neill, Nebraska, this 31st day of December, 1918.
