M. in Holt County, Nebraska, which stid mortgage was given to secure the payment of a certain first mortgage bond in the sum of $10,000.00, with 14 interest coupons attached, with in terest thereon at the rate of 5% per cent per annum from March 1, 1917. The plaintiff prays for a decree that the defendants may be required to pay said amount evidenced by said bond and interest coupons, or that said premises may be sold to satisfy the amount found due.
