From the west side of this road at the point reached as above described we mark the Southeast corner of land herein described. Thence West on the one-quarter of one-quarter section line 7.00 chains to the Southwest corner of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter. Thence North on the one-quarter section line to the point of commencement enclosing 16 acres. Also all of the land North of the first described line and south of a line of road on the Southwest one-fourth of the Southeast one-quarter of Sec tion 2, Township 31, Range 9, as now fenced. (The East boundary line be ing the above named Annie Derickson land) and encloses 2% acres of land in Section 2. Also from the West end of above described 1.20 acre tract is an irregular strip of land used as a Mill Race one chain wide and runs West 3 chains and connects with land before described and equals .30 acres 1% acres. Also all of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northeast one quarter of Section 11, Township 31, Range 9, North of an East and West line drawn 11.25 chains North of the South line of said Northeast one quarter of the Southeast one-quarter and a small tract of land Southeast of the creek and North of road in the Northwest one-quarter of the North east one-quarter. The diagonal side of 132 feet lies along the center of the creek known as Apple Creek. The South and East sides are 95 feet each and will contain 1-10 aree of ground. Total area of said real estate being 37 1-104 acres which was owned by Oliver T. Jones in his lifetime, and to quiet t**4e in and to said real estate against all other parties or persons, and thereupon in this action to par tition said land among said owners; and if said real estate cannot be par titioned without great prejudice to the owners thereof, that it be sold and the proceeds divided among said owners, and for general relief.
