creek known as Apple Creek. The

Oliver T. Jones in his lifetime, and to

against all other parties or persons,
and thereupon in this action to par
tition said land among said owners;
and if said real estate cannot be par
titioned without great prejudice to the
owners thereof, that it be sold and the
proceeds divided among said owners,
and for general relief. You are re
