At this service we will also observe the sacrament of baptism, and we invite any who wish their infants baptized to bring them at that time. If there are any who wish to unite with the church either by letter or on probation we will be glad to receive them on the day of the communion. Prayer meeting meets every Wed nesday evening at 7:30 in the church. Were you at Sunday School last Sunday? If you were not you missed something. You had better form the habit of attending every Sunday then you will miss none of the good things that happen. You know the hour, 11:30. The basement is warm and comfortable for the primary depart ment, and all classes will be comfort ably situated, and well cared for. We invite you to come to our Sunday School, and worship with us. The Ladies’ Aid meet in the base ment on Thursday afternoons for their regular work! The ladies are always glad to welcome strangers. The Methodist Sorosis Club is plan ning to give the play “In His Steps” in the very near future. This play is based on the book of the same title. There will be about 20 characters in the play, and it is one that you will enjoy. Tom Thum and his bride to be is on the way, and will be married in O’Neill in a couple of weeks. These little midgets are verv interesting and vou will want to see them married. The “Old Maid” sister, and the “bachelor” friends will make you laugh. The little folks will be dressed in appro priate costumes, and will give the en tire program. It’s just like a real wedding. Watch the papers for further announcements. Thursday night the Royal Theatre gives a “benefit” for our church. A special program of music and readings will be rendered between reels. Come out and enjoy the evening and help a worthy cause. Admission 10 and 15c. The ladies will serve oysters and sandwitches and coffee on election day. November 7th. If you are cold and hungry eat with them and cheer up, then vote right. Next week there will be a readerand entertainer at the Sorosis program. She is a graduate from the Morning side college of elocution, and comes highly recommended. After the pro gram there will be served refresh ments. We will announce the date at the Royal Theatre, and on the streets next week. Watch for announce ments.
