the southeast quarter, section 32, 26,
11. West half of the southwest quar
ter, section 32, 26, 11, by changing
the said described real estate from
district No. 134 to district No. 117.

M. Chairman: Whereas in the mat
ter of the proposed public road
petitioned for by Dan McClellan and
others between sections 29 and 32
township 31, range 11 west: All legal
action pertaining to the laying out
of the public roads in this state seem
to have been complied with: I move
you that the prayer of the petitioners
be granted; also that the three miles
of section line runing east from the
southwest corner of section 28, town
ship 31, range 11 west to the southeast
corner of section 26, township 31,
range 11 west; and the section line
commencing at the southwest corner
of section 29, range 11, west, and
runing west 2 miles to the northwest
corner of section 36, township 31,
range 12, be declared a public road
by usage, the same having been travel
ed continuously for the past ten years
or more, and that the county surveyor
be and is hereby instructed to properly
record and plat the same.

the proper fund for the payment of

Application for Purchase of School
Lands By County.
To the Chairman of the County Board
of Supervisors, of the County of
Holt, and State of Nebraska:
The county Board of Holt county,
Nebraska, having established a public
road sixty-six (66) feet wide on the
half section line between the southeast
quarter (SEVi) and the northeast
(NE%) of section thirty j(30), town
ship twenty-seven (27), range nine
(9), west, in Holt county, Nebraska,
the undersigned, the duly elected,
qualified and acting County Attorney
of Holt county, Nebraska, hereby
make* application to have the same
appraised for the purpose of sale as
provided by an act of the legislature
of Nebraska, approved April 5, 1913.

pervisors in and for said county, do
solemnly swear that we will support
the Constitution of the United States
and the State of Nebraska, and that
we will faihfully and impartially dis
charge the duties of appraisers as
provided by an act of the legislature
of the state of Nebraska approved
April 5, 1913, in estimating and ap
praising carefully the value of the
following described land, exclusive of
improvements, viz: A strip of land
thirty-three (33) feet wide on each
side of the half section line between
the northeast quarter (NE%) and the
southeast quarter (SE%) of section .
(30), township twenty-seven (27),
range nine (9), west, in Holt county,
state of Nebraska, according to the
best of our ability; and in addition to
the value of said land, shall to the
best of our ability appraise the damage
to the state of Nebraska by reason
of the establishment of a public road
on said half section line whose width
is even with and boundaries coinci
dent with the parcel of land herein- •
before described.
