ter of the proposed public road
petitioned for by Dan McClellan and
others between sections 29 and 32
township 31, range 11 west: All legal
action pertaining to the laying out
of the public roads in this state seem
to have been complied with: I move
you that the prayer of the petitioners
be granted; also that the three miles
of section line runing east from the
southwest corner of section 28, town
ship 31, range 11 west to the southeast
corner of section 26, township 31,
range 11 west; and the section line
commencing at the southwest corner
of section 29, range 11, west, and
runing west 2 miles to the northwest
corner of section 36, township 31,
range 12, be declared a public road
by usage, the same having been travel
ed continuously for the past ten years
or more, and that the county surveyor
be and is hereby instructed to properly
record and plat the same.

The county Board of Holt county,
Nebraska, having established a public
road sixty-six (66) feet wide on the
half section line between the southeast
quarter (SEVi) and the northeast
(NE%) of section thirty j(30), town
ship twenty-seven (27), range nine
(9), west, in Holt county, Nebraska,
the undersigned, the duly elected,
qualified and acting County Attorney
of Holt county, Nebraska, hereby
make* application to have the same
appraised for the purpose of sale as
provided by an act of the legislature
of Nebraska, approved April 5, 1913.
