Comes now the undersigned petit tioner, and represents that on the 2nd day of May, 1910, he paid through mis take |the taxes on the northeast quar ter (nei) of section twenty-two (22) in township (31) range sixteen (16) west of the 6th p m. That the petitioner's intention was to pay the taxes on the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter (nei sei) of above described section, township and range. Your petitioners Fred and Qensy Bausch was assessed for poll tax in Saratogo Precinct for 1911 in the sum of 5.00 This tax is erron eous as your petitioners were not liab le for poll tax, therefore your petit ioners pray that the county treasurer be instructed to strike the poll tax as sessed to Fred and Henry Bausch from the tax list for Saratoga precinct for the year 1911 Henry Bausch Fred Bausch On motion prayer of petitioner was granted. I desire to petition the board of sup ervisors to strike from the records tax es that are assessed against E J Eli in Frances township for the reason 1 did not buy said property un til after the 1st of May, 1911, the property had all been assessed before I got it. The undersigned having leased the following University lands of the State of Nebraska, on the 10th day of February. 1887, viz: The northwest quarter of section 24, township 26, range 9, hereby makes application to have the same apprais ed for the purpose of sale, as provided by an act of the legislature, approved March 5,1885 (Laws of 1885.)
