IIAILKOAD NOTES to Setter Cars, Djodgc Brothers found it was necessary to use the highest grades of steel in every part of the car Which took any of the road or driving strain. I hive told you how the government has tested out Dodge Brothers Cars for endurance, and this la now a matter of record. My experience with Dodge cars, with over 200 of them now out in my teritory, is that there has never been a drive shaft replaced, never an axle shaft, and but one gear from the over 4,000 gears in these 200 cars. Check this up with the record of any other make of cars sold. Chrome vanadium steel, the highest priced steel used in car construction, is used In every gear, axle,, shaft and spindle, of a Dodge car, and in every leaf of all Dodge springs, and you have probably noticed that a spring breakage on a Dodge is very exceptional. Check this with oth er car records. This is a hard country on cars, and conse quently Dodge endurance excels, and the result is that the Dodge outsells in this territory any car sold for over $400. Where the work for tho car is hardest, there the Dodge outsells all other cars, and I want to cite to you the hardest coun try on-cars in this state, the Ilyannis territory, whoro Dodge outsold all other cars, even includ ing jitneys. In the mountains of Wyoming, Montana and Idaho, for this grueling service, in tho hands of private owners and on stage lines, hero you will find Dodgo cars standing up above any other car. And as for power, coming up out of Devil's Gulch in the Big Horn Basin, tho Dodgo is tho only car which comes up with a full passenger load, with no unloading or pushing. Facts of this sort have percolated through out the country and this is tho cause of tho over sale of Dodge cars. 1 can now promise you a de livery toward the end of April if you will get your order in at once. M H A Word of Cant Ion ' The Tribune regrets that vory iam aging stories havo been circulated relativo to expressions derogatory to our country said to havo been ex pressed by G. O. Weingand, and through tho circulation of theso re ports his business has and is being injured. Mr. Weingand assures us, and a3 cannot question his truthfulness, that all theso stories aro absolutely false. While he is a pacifist, ho is not a German sympathizer, and whilo ho Is of German decent, both his parents came tp this iciountryi oier 'eighty year's ago when but mero children, and they and thoir children have al ways been loyal to this country. Tho point Tho Tribune wishes to mako is that wo should bo vory care fufl about circulating stories con cerning remarks purported to havo been made by anyone. Those reports, even thouglnlhoy havo no foundation, grow 113 they travel, and result in injury to an Innocent person. Two Enlist. So fur only two mon havo enlisted in Company 12, Fifth Nebraska.
