Tho lntter testl lled that his father shot at him, and only through quick foot-work did ho oscnpe. Tho father, on tho other hand, testified that it was tho son who did tho shooting and that he, tho fathor, escaped by tho swiftest foot-pacing Blrdwood precinct had over known.
