sent Pennsylvania and the committee
knocked out Brynn's plea by a votoof

Vital statistics compiled by State
Health Inspector W. II. Wilson show a
total of 11,-199 deaths nnd 28,819 births
in Nebraska during tho year 1011.
Divorce statistics for tho year 1910 are
tho latest compiled. They show a total
or 11,550 marriages and 1,71-1 divorces
during that year.
Tho number of deaths during the year
1910 was t,.97 less than in 1911. Of
tho 11, -199 deaths during the year 1911,
infantile disease, pneumonia, heartdis
ease, and old age were tho cause of
more deaths than by any other disease.
Outside of those tuberculosis nnd cancer
come next in number and far excised
other distant) in number of victims.
One hundored and forty-two pontons
, committed suicide. Thirty-six Hiions
i chose the nleohol route, thirty-nine died
as tho result of surgical operations
and twenty-seven wore killed by ant
mala. These deaths are not attributed
towild animals, because thero are none
that are dangerous In Nebraska. It
is supposed the deaths wore caused by
domestic animals.
( Klfty-sovon porsons died on account
, or poisons, 171 died of typhoid fuvar, 53
of scarlet fever, 8 by lightning, 7 by
sunstroke and 2 were fromen to death,

wherein Oliver S. Christian nnd David
E. Martin are plaintiffs and Claude H.

defendant, I will, on the 2-lth day of
January, 1912, nt the hour of one
o'clock of said day, at the east front
door of the court house, in the city of
North Platte, Lincoln county, Nebras
ka, sell nt public auction, to tho high
est bidder for cash, the following de
scribed land, to-wit: The cast one-half
and the south-west qunrter (EJ nnd SW
1) of section twenty-five (25), township
fifteen (15) north, range thirty-three
(33) west of the Gth P. M. And also
all of section twenty-nine (29), and the
west one-half nnd tlio north-east quar
ter (VJ nnd NEJ) of section thirty,
township (15) north of range thirty
two (32) west of the Gth P. M. All in
Lincoln county, Nebrnska. Also six
teen (1G) school land leases, made by
the State of Nebraska, on August 1-lth,
1897, for a term of twenty-five (25.)
years from January 1st, 1898; of tho
following State school land towit: All
or section thirty-six, township fifteen
(15) north, range thirty-three (33)
west of tho 5th P. M. in Lincoln
county, Nebraska, and or the interest
crented by said leases in said land, and
or the improvements thereon; ench of
said leases covering forty (-10) acres
of said section thirty-six (3G). All of
the above described real estate, nnd
school land lenses will be offered for
sale in qunrter section tracts, and at
the same time nil of the above de
scribed renl estate and school land
leases will bo offered for sale as one
tract, and the bid or bids will be ac
cepted, which will amount to the
greater sum.
