The existence of this corporation Bhall commence on the first day of July 1918, and continue for a period of fifty (50) yenrs thereafter, unless sooner diosolved by a vote of two thirds of the stock thereof. ARTICLE VI. The highest amount of indebted ness to which said corporation may at any time subject itself shall not ex ceed twolthirds of the capital stock. ARTICLE VII. The annual meeting of the stock holders of this corporation shall be held on the first Monday in Febru ary in each year, at which meeting the directors of tbe company shall be elected, and such other law ul busi ness done as the stockholders may deem necessary and proper. ART'CLE VIII. (a) The officers of said corpora tion shall be a president, vice presi dent, secretary and treasurer. The office of secretary and treasurer may be held by the same person. The of ficers shall be chosen by the board of directors, and shall hold their office for the period of one year and until their successors are elected and qual ified. Tbe business of said corpora tion shall be conducted by a board of directors to be elected annually from among the stockholders.
