The purposes for which said cor
poration is to be formed ;.ie as fol
lows :
(a) To eugage in the printing
ml publishing business; to own, op
rattk publish, issue, sell or buy
newspapers, magazines or other peri
odicals; to buy, sell, own and use all
manner of office supplies.
(b) To own, operate, sell or buy
printing plants and printing machin
ery of any kind or nature.
(c) To take, lease, purchase, hire
or otherwise acquire and to hold, use,
sell, lease, exchange,, mortgage, Im
prove and develop real crtnte, real
property and any interest or right
therein, and to construct or to have
constructed such houses and build
in"! as is necessary for carrying on
and conducting said business, and to
buy, sell, own, use, manage, operate
and lease th" same or similar struc
tures. (d) To borrow money, with or
without security, and for the repay
ment of the same, to give the obliga
tions of 'his corporation with any

purposes of this corporation.
ARTICLE IV.
(a) The authorized capital stock
of this corporation shall be Twenty- i
five thousand dollars ($25,000.00)
divided into two hundred and fifty
(250) shares of the par value of one
hundred doolars ($100.00) each,
(b) The amount of capital stock
with which said corporation will be-1
gin business is ten thousand dollars
($10,000.00).
(c) At such time as the board of
directors may by resolution direct
said capital stock shall be pbld into
this corporation, either in cash or by
the sale and transfer to it of real or
personal property, contracts, serv
ices, or any other valuable right or
thing for the use and purposes of
said corporation. In payment for
which shares of the capital stock of
si'ld ccrporatlon may be issued and
the capital stock so ssued shall
thereupon and thereby become and 1
be fully paid up the same us though
paid for in cash at par, and shall be
non-assessable forever, and the Judg- j
ment of the directors as to the value
Of any property, right or thing ac-1
quired in exchange for capital stock
hall be conclusive.
ARTICLE V.
The existence of this corporation
Bhall commence on the first day of
July 1918, and continue for a period
of fifty (50) yenrs thereafter, unless
sooner diosolved by a vote of two
thirds of the stock thereof.
ARTICLE VI.
The highest amount of indebted
ness to which said corporation may at
any time subject itself shall not ex
ceed twolthirds of the capital stock.
ARTICLE VII.
The annual meeting of the stock
holders of this corporation shall be
held on the first Monday in Febru
ary in each year, at which meeting
the directors of tbe company shall be
elected, and such other law ul busi
ness done as the stockholders may
deem necessary and proper.
ART'CLE VIII.
(a) The officers of said corpora
tion shall be a president, vice presi
dent, secretary and treasurer. The
office of secretary and treasurer may
be held by the same person. The of
ficers shall be chosen by the board of
directors, and shall hold their office
for the period of one year and until
their successors are elected and qual
ified. Tbe business of said corpora
tion shall be conducted by a board of
directors to be elected annually from
among the stockholders.
(b) The directors for the first
year or until their successors are
chosen will be B. M. Thomas, Lloyd
C. Thomas, John W. Thomas.
