County Attorney Shotwclt has filed
contempt charges against Todd. Ac
cording to Mrs. Todd, her former
husband came to her home Satur
day morning before she was out of
bed and attempted to annoy her.
Todd, at the divorce hearing,
stated that his wife wanted to keep
$800 he nave her to buy a rooming
house. Mrs. Todd atated that Todd
married her because he learned that
she had some money.
