to compel the payment of dividends on Hie

alleged accumulation of profits amounting

In sustaining the demurrer Vice Chancel
lor Stevenson says that while $66,000,000 Is a
large amount In Itself. It Is only 6 per cent
of the company's capital stock, and there
Is 110 proof to show that the rompauy had
this money in actual ranh. ' It might hava
