tory over Hie State Board of Sheep Com
missioners nt Evanslon, where a decision
was rendered averse to tho slate quarantine
laws
A week ago three Oregon sheepmen un
loaded 23,000 head of sheep at Milliard,

was quarantined. The owners carried a
clean bill of health from tho government
Inspector at Ogden and objected to tho
quarantine. Thoy were arrested for ro
fusing to remain tn quarantine and at
tho trial of the yeiterday It was held that
the bill of health iBsued at Ogden was sum-.-lent
protection und that tho sheep should
bo permitted to enter the state.
This case is the first successful attack
upon the quarantine laws of Wyoming.
