the output this year will reach $12,000,000,

"Three new cyanide mills are belng

".Many people arc coming Into tho coun

tho Homcsiake and ar. sinking a shaft.
Another company has 4 CO acre!) un the west

property at once. We are placed in close
connection with Denver by tnc train scrvliu
that has been established, and a good Iliad:
Hills Interest has developed there.
"ny number of Otnahn people own valua
ble Interests tliete and arc making good
money out ot them. The lltack Hills nra
right at the doors of Omaha, and this city
is the natural gateway for us. Practically
everything we have comes from this city.
The onlv exception In this line U mining
machinery, and the opening of the line to
Denver has brought the machinery of that
city Into close competition with Chicago.
If there was the opportunity to buy such
things here Omaha would tarry off th
hulk of that trade, as in all of the othor

"nalrd's caso Is another of tho careless

traced directly to a negligent board of
health In some outsldo town," remarked
Dr. J. I). Ralph, assistant to the city health
