least indirectly with the Cudahy kidnaping.

used by the bandits.
Mr. Coopor says: "I recognize Callahan
as one ot tho men who came to my house
about ten days beforo the kidnaping and
a tlied it I had a pony for Bale. I told them
that my son-in-law, Mr. Warren, had such
an animal, but that he sold it a fow days
before to Daniel Ilurrls. I added that I
thought Ilurrls would sell It, nnd directed
them to Ilurrls' house, where they went.
