TO THE PUBLIC.
For 10 days (SundaV c.xeopted), we will
offer each day 10 bargains. There will bo
no duplication, each day's list being en
tlrely new. Parties leaving town for tho
summer who want particularly to sell
should call us up and tell us or write us
their best short tlmo prices, also parties
leaving the city for the summer and want
ing to secure a cheap property before
going should watch our nd or call on us
Freuuently the lowest prices cannot bo
put In the paper, as It cheapens the ad
Joining property, which Is often not de
slruble to do; also some parties would sell
who do not wish their property advertised
at all, being embarrassing In case of fail
ure to sell. Wo wish to make our office
a clearing place for cheap properties' for
tho noxt 10 days, nnd will advertise any
thing brought In If in our Judgment It Is
cheap. Bee, Jmto IS and, 19, 1900.
