The Council Bluffs Water Works com pany conducted n test of the ? sjstcm jester- day that showed that Its plant Is In a con dition to furnish fire protection that more than meets the requirements of the contract with the city. The test was made with the same hydrants used when the council attempted to make the test several dai ago without the consent of the company and got nothing but reservoir pressure to do It with.
