This contest is open to all University students and a large number compete each year for the prize which is offered by the Francis Wlllard organization. Last year the first prize of $25 was won by Lloyd Foster, 16; the second prize of $15, by L. W. Kline, 19, and the third prize of $10. by-Robert B. Waring, 17. The subjects of this year's orations are to be along the general lines of national prohibition and the law en forcement of prohibition. A great deal of interest is centered in these phases of the question and a great deal of material will be available.
