tho city of Norfolk was glad to number
them as guests tho grand council went

in adopting grand council constitution

parties that has been given in this city
for a long timo tho ladies looking es
pecially beautiful in their handsomo
gowns The hall was tastefully deco
rated tho music by Bohnerts orchestra
was fine aud tho refreshments wero un
usually good and served at long tables
in one of the rooms on tho second floor
