asking for the establishment of a public road and the vacation of a county road was read and considered A motion was made by Sughroue sec onded by Lofton that the road as petitioned for by S O Hoagland and others be granted and road establish ed as follows Commencing at the northeast cor ner of the northwest quarter of sec- tion township 4 range 2S and running thence south three miles on the half section line through section 33 township 4 range 2S and sections 4 and 9 township 3 range 2S and terminating at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of section 9 township 3 range 28 and that road No 13 be vacated for one mile running north and south between sections 33 and 34 township 4 range 28 also that the part of the petition asking for the vacation of road No 13 running north and south between sections 3 and 4 township 3 range 2S and of road No 114 running north and south between sections 9 and 10 township 3 range 28 be rejected The roll call was ordered and re sulted as follows Yea Lofton Sughroue Gray 3 The motion was declared carried unanimously said new road to be known as road No 431 and the clerk was instructed to notify the overseers of highways to open said road The claims for damages caused by the location of above road were aud ited and allowed as follows and the clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the county general fund levy of 1910 as
