for the establishment of a public
road and the vacation of a county
road was read and considered A
motion was made by Sughroue sec
onded by Lofton that the road as
petitioned for by S O Hoagland and
others be granted and road establish
ed as follows
Commencing at the northeast cor
ner of the northwest quarter of sec-
tion
township 4 range 2S and
running thence south three miles on
the half section line through section
33 township 4 range 2S and sections
4 and 9 township 3 range 2S and
terminating at the southeast corner
of the southwest quarter of section 9
township 3 range 28
and that road No 13 be vacated
for one mile running north and south
between sections 33 and 34 township
4 range 28
also that the part of the petition
asking for the vacation of road No
13 running north and south between
sections 3 and 4 township 3 range
2S and of road No 114 running north
and south between sections 9 and 10
township 3 range 28 be rejected
The roll call was ordered and re

431 and the clerk was instructed to
notify the overseers of highways to
