Crop prospects In winter wheat re mained more or less encouraging, with unuriial yields being predicted for Kansas. In the American north west weather conditions have been excellent for seeding operations, work :n the Dakotas and Minnesota. bMng near completion. I,ocal grain men believe that barring unfavorable turn in rondittons, northwest seeding will finish about a month earlier than a war ago. Stocks of old wheat are steadily decreasing.
