Chsysnns, Wyo.t Feb. 27.—Miss Rosalind Eisner, Denver heiress to an estate of $100,000, who disappeared from her homa In that city Sunday night, and William A. Sharpe, a con sulting engineer of I.usk, Wyo., were apprehended here last night at » ho tel. Sharpe waa taken to Jail and Miss Eisner was placed under surveillance. No formal charges have been made against them pending Instructions ftom Denver. The couple arrived In Cheyenne Monday by automobile. Doth told newspaper men, the latter say, they came here to be married. At the court house yesterday, where a mar riage license was obtained, Miss Eis ner declined to affix her signature to 1he license record and expressed con cern as to the effect marriage would have on her property rights. They teturned to ihe clerk's office later in the day after It had i losed. Miss Eisner, who inherited $100,000 from the estate of the lute Dr. John Eisner of Denver, had been sought since Sunday. Insanity proceedings were instituted against the young woman last week. In the Denver i curls. When a deputy cheriff called at the home yesterday of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cotton, Denver, with whom Mb*- Eisner was staying, he . learned that she hail disappeared. It was proposed to place Miss Eisner in *u a hospital under olwervancp o£ two allenDts appointed several days ago liy the Denver county court. Civil authorities said last night they had not decided whether they would permit Miss Eisner and Sharpe to be married today in event that the former announced her willingness to go through with tiie ceremony.
