A larger and more complete smoke house may be constructed on this same principle. It may 1 o easily bnilt oi wood, with vertical boarding and battens. On one or both sides, a br'ck horizontal lire-place is made, so that the side of the building shall rest on the top. with a sheet-iron door outside, and openings in the brick inside for the passage ot tho smoke.
