Miss Ambrose was involved with Leona Poggenpohl in the Iowa fraternity house cf the Phi Beta Delta ecandal, which caused the suspension cf 23 members on charges that they were "keeping a disorderly house." Twenty three members cf the Jewish organi zation of Phi Beta Delta were sus pended on charges cf "keeping a dis orderly house." Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hall left on Thursday for Harrison, Arkansas, where they will make their home in the future. Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Leesley and daughter Vedah visited Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Grady and family last Sunday evening. Russell Witt, of Lincoln, came down Friday evening to visit his par ents. He is recovering from a recent operation performed at St. Elizabeth hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Gentry Vant and son of Hastings visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Vant and other rela tives here over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. George Bucknell and sons, Loren and Warren, and Mrs. W. A. White were business visitors in Lincoln Saturday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Smith and daughters, DorOthy and Madaline, were dinner guests cf Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Matthews and son on Sunday. Mrs. Mabel Hamilton returned to her home Saturday evening from Lin coln, where she had spent the past week with her son Gerald, at the Lincoln General hospital. Miss Lucille Leesley returned to her school work at the Wesleyan Uni versity at Lincoln, after having spent the past week as spring vacation with the home folks. Mrs. Earl Stradley will be hostess to the American Legion Auxiliary at her home on Wednesday afternoon of this week. Donald Sheffer, of Omaha, came down Thursday evening for a few days visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. V. Sheffer. He returned to the metropolis on Sunday. Frank Coleman came home Friday evening from Humboldt, Nebr., where he is employed with the telephone construction gang, returning to hi.-, work after an over Sunday visit with the home folks. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wilkens and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Marolf drove to Omaha Thursday afternoon, where they attended the National flower show at the Ak-Sar-Ben coliseum.
